Welcome to Hanok Bapsang. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including reservations, private dining, catering, and interactions with our online platform. 1. Service Description

Hanok Bapsang provides a traditional Korean dining experience, offering authentic regional dishes, private dining rooms for special occasions, catering services for events, and a curated selection of Korean alcoholic beverages including Soju and Makgeolli.

2. Reservations

• Booking: Reservations can be made through our online platform or by telephone. All reservations are subject to availability.

• Cancellation Policy: For individual dining, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. For private dining rooms and catering services, specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a reservation without prior cancellation may result in a charge or restrictions on future bookings, especially for private dining spaces.

3. Private Dining and Catering Services

• Agreement: Specific terms, pricing, and service details for private dining rooms and catering events will be provided in a separate agreement or proposal, which must be agreed upon in writing.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure bookings for private dining or catering services.

• Changes: Any changes to guest counts or menu selections for private events must be communicated within the agreed timeframe to avoid additional charges or service limitations.

4. Alcoholic Beverages

The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages are subject to applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Korea. Guests must be of legal drinking age to purchase and consume alcohol on our premises. Hanok Bapsang reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on our site, is the property of Hanok Bapsang or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hanok Bapsang, its owners, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
